RESPECT
Respect ourselves. Respect our colleagues and the machines we work on as well as the tools we work with. If we respect all those around us then we can expect to get respect back.

IMPROVE
We should constantly strive to improve the way we do things. Think not just big, but small as well. Whilst occasionally improvement is by way of major factors (such as the introduction of new machinery or tooling), more often it is the culmination of small, little changes that get built upon, day after day. Challenge every action we do, can it be done better? No process or way of working is ever so good that it cannot be improved upon and we must vow to never stop striving to improve them.

SUPPORT
Help those around us and work together as a team. Help solve other people’s problems if asked and then we will feel that we can ask them for help in return. This will build trust between us and make us a better team.

ENHANCE
Look after the environment in which we work. Strive to keep it clean and tidy, and look for ways to enhance it so that it becomes a better place to work.
